Iconic American brand Steak ‘n Shake has offered high quality burgers and shakes at 500+ locations across the U.S. since 1934. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck and onsite dining was shut down, sales plummeted overnight as customers assumed the dine-in concept was closed despite its active drive-thru, takeout and delivery business. To create-top-of-mind awareness, boost sales and ensure high safety standards, we produced a variety of assets including social graphics, drive-thru posters, billboards, eblasts and more. Early results were a 30% uptick in sales within the first 2.5 weeks.
